2009 MAC ALL-FANTASY TEAM

DanLeFevourPossibly the greatest QB in Mid-American Conference history….

Many would think of former Miami (Ohio) QB, and, current Pittsburgh Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger as the greatest.  Or, perhaps, the old-timers would consider former Toledo great Chuck Ealey…who led the Rockets to three straight MAC titles and three straight bowl wins  in the late 1960’s-early 1970’s.

However, there is one QB that may top them all…Central Michigan QB Dan LeFevour, who is our 2009 Fantasy College Blitz MAC Fantasy Player of the Year.

LeFevour (photo, thanks MACSports) fired up another fine year for the Chippewas, leading them to their third MAC title in the past four years.  The Chips QB has a number of MAC records and NCAA records collected over his four-year career….most impressive is his 148 total TDs (passing and rushing)…which is the new NCAA all-time career mark.

LeFevour, a senior from Downers Grove, IL (Benet Academy), had a stellar 2009 season, throwing for 2533 yards and 22 TDs…while rushing for 627 yards and 14 rushing TDs (stats quoted through November 21, 2009 games)

On the 2009 MAC All-Fantasy Team, joining LeFevour are…Note:  All stats quoted are through November 21st games
